Hi both
@BobU : I’ve checked your system, now running v3.55, in more detail. I’ve been able to make one change, that I expect to help prevent the inverter to briefly switch off.
A few notes:
- I checked the CPU load on VRM, up to 6 months back. And it has always been on the edge, sometimes over the edge. For example on Feb. 12th this year, also Error code #67 No BMS.
- The CCGX is rebooting because its out of memory; And the same thing has been happening in the past as well. April 25th, May 6th, May 29th. and more dates.
- Here is a graph of dbus round trip time, the base level is 60 to 200ms, already high.
-
That CCGX has been at or over its limits as far as I can see in the past using VRM, and still is today while running v3.55.
-
For a 100% stable system, the recommendation remains to update that hardware. Sorry. We might find an improvement or solution in the coming weeks - but similarly also might not.
But for now, you could also wait and see a bit; we might find further improvements, like the fix that I did manually, and incorporate them into a v3.56 for example.
By the way, while looking into this I accidentally caused a reboot of your CCGX. Which by the looks of it didn’t cause the inverters to shut down. But if it did - then mijn excuses!
@h4i5j6, see mail I’ve sent.
Have a good evening.
