False consumption data spike (4939,15 kWh) after reboot / database correction needed

Hi Victron Team,

After updating my Venus OS today (August 5th, around 07:45 - 08:00 AM CEST), my system recorded a massive, false consumption spike of about 4900 kWh. This was likely caused by a delayed start of a custom D-Bus script for my AC-coupled PV inverter, causing a delta calculation error when the lifetime counter came back online.

Could an admin please remove this erroneous data point from my VRM database to fix my dashboard statistics?

For privacy reasons, I have not posted my VRM Portal ID here. I will happily provide it via Direct Message to a staff member. (Alternatively, my community forum email is the exact same as my VRM portal login).

Thank you for your help!

This is not something that they can help with, or indeed the community.
FYI, it is safe to post the digits from the VRM URL in your browser, never post the GX serial though.

Thanks for the info about the database, and also for the tip regarding the digits from VRM URL.

No prob. Some proactive fixes have been included in VRM now to try prevent some of these type issues, but unfortunately not something that can be fixed retroactively.
Ideally need to tweak the code to help avoid repeats.
