Seems you may not be alone… Dynamic ESS wizard issue @Barbara may be able to help.

Issues seems to have solved itself somehow. Multiple users report that this is working again (including me).

Fail to setup DESS

There was an issue that was corrected and pushed to VRM yesterday for this specifically.
