EVCS: Switch between 1 and 3 phases

I have a 3x400V+N installation. I would like to be able to charge 1 phase or 3 phase depending on the need and available solar.

Could I add a contactors before the EVCS that turns on/off phases 2 and 3? Then depending on the need the EVCS will be powered with one phase or 3 phases.

If needed, I can make sure I stop the charging session between switching from 1 to 3 phases or other way around.

I understand I would need to write the logic myself in Node-RED.

Is this a viable setup?

Hi all, I have a Victron installation with a Multiplus II 5000, 3 MPPTs, a 48V ~15kWh battery, and 5000WP solar panels.
