I’m running Version 2.08/5.2
The Power Calibration by Table does not stay active. Even though I go through the saving sequence and get confirmation thereof. If I’ve accessed the EVCS via the LAN at any stage or used Node-Red Desktop to check a value, the setting returns to Single Power Calibration.
What can I do to make the Calibration by Table persistent?
Hello @Spatula. That’s a really interesting situation. Can you please check if your Node-RED flow writes anything to register 5063 (Power calibration offset)? If it does, the EVCS switches the power calibration mode back to single when a new value is assigned to 5063.
Thank you Nicholas, for following up. No I don’t write to that register. I only send a stop charge command using a Custom Control Node when the session kWh reaches a target value.
Please note, using the EVCS web interface via the LAN connection, also switches back to the one value calibration, without setting anything. However if I only access the EVCS via the VRM Portal, Dashboard, Device List, Control Panel, without once using the LAN to access the EVCS directly, the Table Calibration is maintained.
Nicholas, I must correct the above. I’ve been using only the Web Portal to check up on the EVCS Calibration setting over the past 30minutes and the setting still reverted back to the single value setting ‘by itself’.
Then it is a really strange situation. I can check the EVCS and try to find when and how it is happening. But I need access to your installation. I will send you a PM.
