So your question above was why it is not charging in 3P - the answer is the car does not support 3P charging.
The charging station is suitable for your car and uses the highest power the car is capable of charging with. So it’s not clear to me why you’re upset.

The charging station is compatible with all the EVs and can charge with the maximum power those vehicles supports on AC.
I think this EVCS is a solid product and I’m not going to return it within the first 14 days. I’m waiting for a small offroad 4x4 EV in the Suzuki Jimny format, so I’ll definitely buy an EV. It’s quite possible that it will have pins for three phases
