ET112 not showing up in VRM

I have a strange problem. ET 112 is showing up in Cerbo → Settings → Energy meters, however, it is not showing up in devices in console or VRM.

Then I have ABB 23/24. This one is showing in devices (console) and in VRM, but is not listed in Settings → Energy meters

Each meter has its own usb-rs485 converter. One of them is connected via USB hub, because I need one USB slot for Touch display.

Is there a way to check via some SSH command? Or force reconnecting the meter? I had issues with similar setup previously, it was always solved by restarting the Cerbo and now with 3.5 firmware, disconnets do not appear anymore.

This site is a remote island system, I dont have access there at the moment :-/

Is your usb hub powered with an external power supply? If not try that

Thank you Marc, @DuivertNL - is is a known (common) limitation in such cases? We have quite long USB cable to Touch display, so that could draw some mAps. Or is it just a tip to try that?
