Same here (Netherlands). Tried all mentioned solutions you’ve all been sharing, but no success. Also a ticket to Enphase without response. My WiFi on the Envoy is not connected, only cable is active.
Would be nice if we could see and adjust the settings in the app, like SolarEdge.
I’ve had the same problem here since Thursday, May 28th at 9:45 PM.
On Friday, May 29th, I contacted Enphase technical support by phone to check the operation of the Modbus TCP. A problem was detected, but they couldn’t resolve it immediately.
On Monday, June 1st, I contacted Enphase technical support by phone again to ask for an update. They completely reinstalled the Modbus software for integration with the Victron:
However, no result. They promised to investigate what the problem is and inform me via email. I have not received a response to this yet.

I also have the same issue since end of May but didn’t had it integrated through the modbus TCP/Ip but via the scripting from mr Manuel. How did did you get that working?! I 've been the phone with Enphase manay times last year but ultimately they said that this wasw not available in the Netherlands.

Did that last year only by phone, and also referred to the document. I’m at the point of ripping the whole Enphase crap out and replace it by Victron Mppt’s.
Yesterday I had a live chat with Enphase, they investigated in my installation and activated Modbus TCP (again?).
But this did not help yet, I now replied on their email:

are others on the stable version Venus OS 3.73?
Just to be sure that this is not something from Victron itself?

And you must have patience mine last chat took more than a hour.
I am still on the same firmware version. One that worked perfectly fine before. It is a total mess right now. Unreliable. Time to end it with Enohase.
What exactly was the issue? Why did it take a full hour?
Issue was that modbus TCP/IP was turned off or port 502 was closed.
Explaining this the other side took time, and after understanding they have to log in your system.
Tell them also the CT error is normal, elsewhere they want to fix that.
To not timeout the chat you have to write something every 1-2 minutes,…
I real don’t understand why turning on or off modbus is not an option you can toggle.
I contacted Enphase by chat today. They re-enabled the Modbus. Everything is working again. Thanks for the help.
