Electronic self-consumption - coverage possible with AC?

I noticed that the Multiplus II GX consumes about 40 Watts. With a 10 kWh battery and the Victron system as part of my backup installation, I find that my battery drains by about 1 % each 2-5 hours (depending on the software switch state and inverter state). No matter if the inverter is in position “On”, “Inverter only”, or “off”, it consumes power from the DC side.

Any chance to let the inverter consume power only from AC (if available, of course)?

Regardless of whether the inverter is set to “On”, “Inverter only” or “Off”, it draws power from the DC side.

Is there a way to make the inverter consume power only from the AC side (if available, of course) to keep my battery fully charged?

No its a DC based system…
