I have two Lifepower Eg4 24v batteries that are not communicating with my cerbo gx. One battery is a v1 and the other a v2. The v2 I have set as the master. I am using a victron canbus A cable. I initially installed it in the canbus port on the battery to the canbus port on the cerbo. This didn’t work so I tried switching it to the Vebus and reassigning the port to a canbus 500 without success. The canbus port is set at 500kbp. I am not sure where to go from here.
These are not on Victrons Compatibility list, nor does the manufacturer claim compatibility with Victron.
Hence there is no reason to expect this to work. The first step would be to try to get the CAN bus interface specification from the manufacturer.(if it is a CAN bus interface)
