Hi there!
If I limit the grid drain to 5kW, what will be the Multiplus II behavior if the load (in my case the house) exceeds this limit? Will it disconnect from the grid and shutdown? If so, how we bring it alive back again?
Thanks!

Multiplus will supply up to its set limit and if connected to grid anything above set limit will be supplied from grid.
I guess I have to better explain my post. So, suppose that I have set the maximum power that my Multiplus II can drain from the grid to 5kW as if it goes above this limit it will trip the grid limit breaker. In this case, I would expect that it should never go above this defined limit.
Now, what happens if the load (house) is consuming or trying to consume power that results draining, from the grid, more than 5kW?
It all depends on how your system is wired - parallel/ all loads on ac out ect ect.
Extract from victron " * Input current-limiter setting: The configured limit is used as the threshold for AC current at the AC-in of the Multi/Quattro. Further notice that:
Thank you! Very useful the information about the limits. For me, the bad thing is that de input limitation will affect the output. Anyway, still I don’t know what happens when the limit is exceeded and how we recover from it.
