I have 4x 100Ah 12.8V Victron Superpack lithium batteries connected in parallel with a 500A smart shunt from the loads negative busbar to the battery negative busbar. Charging is via a 150/70 MPPT. I’ve read the DVCC section of the Victron manual but it makes no reference to Superpack batteries with built-in BMS. Should I enable DVCC, and if so, which options should I enable - SVS, SCS, STS? Thanks.
As these are the non communicating batteries then enable DVCC ans SVS and SCS with your SmartShunt as the current and voltage source. You can not accurately measure the battery call temperature even if you have attached a temperature sensor from the SmartShunt or Cerbo to the negative terminal so STS will not be accurate if enabled. You could enable it, which will then be transmitted to chargers but the chargers may turn on and off at different temperatures to the BMS.
Thanks. Is that a typo - enable SVS and SCS? I assume so. Thank you for the prompt response and extra advice.
Yes a typo enable SVS and SCS, edited my answer.
