Hello Everyone,
The title says it all. There are many threads about this. The answer always seems to be errors in configuration. This doesn’t seem to be the issue in my case. SOC is set to be synchronized with the battery monitor given primacy. Values are mostly the same but they sometimes vary. For example right now, the batteries, with internal BMS, are showing 88% SOC but VE Bus is showing 95% SOC via the same remote console. Sometimes, the VE Bus oscillates between the battery monitor SOC and its own SOC. I can’t understand why.

You are assuming the BMS is accurate. That isn’t always the case, depending on use they can drift quite a bit.
Both being calculated values are open to errors.
That makes sense, thank you.
