Goedemiddag allemaal,
Mijn systeem draait al enige jaren als DESS en nu wilde ik de Cerbo GX updaten van 3.5.4 naar 3.6.3.
Dat ging zonder problemen.
Daarna begon de batterij te laden. Ik dacht: even wachten.
Gr.
Ralph.

Hi Ralph,
Thank you for the report. We’ll check. Is it om for an engineer toog into the system when required?

And is it ok for us to update the system to v3.63 again ourselves when looking at this?
Its not a wide spread problem, which is why we’d like to see it happening on your system.

I had the same problem with 3.63 a couple of days ago, so i reversed back to 3.62 witch instantly solved the problem.
Just tried to install 3.63 again and this time dess was working as it should.
I was running ess without dynamic pricing when first install failed. Maybe thats why the setting disappeared in the vrm menu?
Tomorrow there are sufficient price differences so dynamic ess is benificial again and i had dess settings applied recently

Thanks both. We found and mostly fixed an issue today that explains this behavior, including that it happens only sometimes.
Will be available as a beta version first and then an official release quickly as well.

For what it is worth, I had the exact same issue. Happened some time after upgrading. Reverting to 3.62 made DESS re-appear. I will stay at 3.62 until 3.64.beta is released.

Hi Matthijs,
Sorry for the late response. Of course an engineer may look in my system. What has to be done to enable that?
Regards,
Ralph.
