DESS: Trade: is there a way to set a separate MIN SOC for DESS scheduling?

Is there a way to define a separate (target) Min SOC that DESS in Trade Mode is taking into account when scheduling sells/consumption?

Because I see situations like this: where all of a sudden energy from the grid is needed because there is no safety margin for trade mode:

See the grid cost at one point?

Examples with beta 3.8-39

Example would be:

DESS Min SOC Target: 30%
ESS Min SOC: 20%

So for me effectively a Safety range of 2kWh for unexpected Usage without having to resort to the grid.

This obviously also impacts peak shaving - especially in Austria starting with 2027 when grid cost are starting to be dependent on 15min peak over a month.

They are working on the min. SOC for DESS (or something along those lines) according to this.

Peak shaving is also being worked on, see this thread.

How they plan on combining the two i don’t know but i assume peak shaving will keep working below the ESS min. SOC.

Well - the peak Shaving allows for going below min SOC if necessary:

At least that is the way I read it…
