DESS can't turn back on

After a couple of days of poor solar forecasting, I decided to schedule some of my own grid to battery download times, then I thinking I needed disable DESS .

  1. Went into remote control in remote/settings,
  2. then went to dashboard to disable the DESS toggle, only to find it wouldn’t let me with this error message …
    Warning field octopus account details have failed with this error, cannot authorise…

I have not given up on DESS, but just wanted a short break to top up battery
Now I can’t see DESS in remote control/settings menu to turn it back on !

Can anyone help ? Should I have disabled Dess in remote in order to schedule a charge, or would Dess have overwritten that ?
