We currently have 2x 12-12 30amp chargers isolated. Looking to upgrade for the 50amp version but can’t find the isolated version.
After reading it’s said they don’t make an isolated version in 50amp.. My question is do I just remove the old and install the new ones?
depends on the application if you need an isolated version. If you do, then run 2x 30A units in parallel. Then you get 60A.

Please try and post a schematic diagram of your system, then it may be possible to determine this.
Generally: Isolated systems are required if there is no common negative connection, or systems need to be isolated due to electrical noise or a potential difference. On a Yacht, it should be possible to work with a common negative for all systems, and that should be grounded via an anode.
