Can isolated DC/DC charger be used on non-isolated system?

I bought an Orion 12/12 18 DC/DC isolated charger (looking like prematurely). I built my own RV electrical system about 8 years ago and I thought I did not bond that system to the trailer, but sadly I just checked and I did. So now when truck is connected they have a common ground (not isolated).

So my question is

can I still use the unit I bought even though the grounds won’t be isolated? or do I have to return it and get an non-isolated version?
