DC DC Charger between Hydrogen Fuel Cell and LiFePo Battery

I am looking for a DC DC charger that can take power coming from a H2 Fuel Cell and charge a 12v LiFePo battery. The Fuel-Cell delivers 13.4v and variable Amps up to 400 watts.
Would the Orion line of DC DC chargers work?
There are only videos an articles about Van or Car alternators. The Fuel-Cell is reacting more like a battery - but with its own Amps ramp-up behavior (at startup about 1amps per minute increase).
To make things easier I can enable the output of the FC once the FC has reached a certain Amps.

As a test, I have connected the FC to a 500 Watts inverter and plugged an AC to DC Charger into the Inverter. But for my final system I don’t want to go to DC to AC and back AC to DC.

I am also looking for the same DC DC Charging solution for a 48v LiFePo and 48v fuel Cell (same behavior just the Voltage is 48v).

Any help is highly appreciated.

Interesting approach :joy:
