Hola, querría dar de baja una instalación de VRM , de la que no se tiene ni usuario de contaseña. Se tiene el numero de id del Cerbo Gx, y el numero de serie del Multiplus II al que estaba conectado. Me lo vendieron todo, y ahora lo tengo operativo con otro Cerbo Gx, pero el primer Cerbo Gx, no lo puedo usar conectado a VRM.
El antiguo propietario que me lo vendió desconoce la información, no era el administrador, y el instalador ha cerrado y ya no existe.

I personally reckon, Victron should come down hard on installers who register customers equipment to their own accounts.
We’re talking lifetime bans and fines for dealers who carry on working with them!
That gear belongs to the customer, they’ve paid for it, and the integrator’s got no right to register it under their own account.
Or at the very least, there should be a way to forcefully unlink it like entering a PUK code or something.
It happens far too often, and it’s completely out of order on the part of the integrators.
