Current problem on Multiplus 2

Hello,

I’ve connected my new MultiPlus, and the input current reading is showing up in the output.
The input voltage is displayed correctly in the input. So, when in battery charging mode, the MultiPlus tells me that I’m consuming 1935W from the inverter, but in reality, there’s nothing consuming 120V.

As a result, the current limiter isn’t doing its job. I’m asking it not to draw more than 13A, but in the end, there’s no limit, so the breaker trips!

Has anyone seen this before?

Did you connect the grid to ac-out ?

It’s the first thing that came to mind, I double-checked myself, and everything is okay.

Is this the version with the 3mm headset jack for an external current sensor ?

They where often doa.

No, but you helped me find my problem.

I had forgotten to reconnect the connector with the jumper for the external current probe after making my connections.

That’s what was causing my issue.

Thank you so much!
