Hi, I purchased a Quattro 48/10000/140 second hand. The unit was previously in 3 phase mode.
So I ran VEBusQuickConfigure and reset the unit to stand alone. (using a Mk3 USB to VEbus adapter) This got rid of the VEbus alarms (as previously the unit would have been linked to the other two Quattros via the VEbus.
I was then able to run VEConfig to undertake the detailed settings which I set as per my existing (working Quattro 48/8000 ) - which this 10kVA unit will replace…
The DC supply is fed via 100mm2 cables from the same battery as the existing unit. I’ve also connected V sense to the battery.
There is nothing connected to the output, and the only VEbus connection is to my laptop (via the MK3). and I can see all the settings when I connect to VEConfig. There are no assistants loaded or running.
However, when I switch it on (after the settings change above) the ‘Overload’ LED immediately comes on (only LED on) and there is no ACV on the output.
I’ve also tried connecting the ACV -1 input to the incoming supply but no difference.
I’ve also tried completely de-powering the unit (both AC and DC) and waiting 15 mins. On re-power (DC first) and switching on the same overload condition persists…
Do you think the unit is faulty?, or have I done something wrong with the conversion process from 3 phase to single phase? I don’t have access to the other two Quattros to reset back to 3 phase (as a test…)
Any help gratefully received…
Best
