Connection status (HTTPS channel) #150 Unexpected response text

After a power shortage, the Cerbo 2 has started giving me this error:
connection status (HTTPS channel) #150 Unexpected response text

I also tried without SSL, and got this:
connection status (HTTP channel) #150 Unexpected response text

The internet connection works fine, and I can see live data via the VRM Portal via the remote. But the data has not been updated for the past 4 hours now.

Any advice?

Error #150 Unexpected response text: The http/https call succeeded, but the response was incorrect. This indicates that there is a WiFi or network login page, sometimes called a “captive portal”, occasionally seen in Airports, Hotels, Marinas or RV campgrounds. There is no solution to make the GX device work with a WiFi network that requires such a login page and/or accepting of terms of use.

How is it being routed?

Outbound HTTP(S) Connections:

Must allow connections to http://ccgxlogging.victronenergy.com on ports 80 and 443. That should never be an issue, unless on very specialised company networks.

Proxy setups are unsupported.

You could always start with a router and internet connection reboot

I have used the same internet connection since day 1, never had issues. It has its own Zyxel 2301 5G router, which I’m currently using to get online, and have a stable connection. So it is not that. i know that there is a WiFi in the area that has a captive portal, but the Cerbo is not connected to that WiFi, so it should not be the issue. If it is, I will call the Venus OS for bad coding.

But the URL gives a 403 Forbidden nginx

Just tried to put the Cerbo on a other WiFi network, didn’t change anything. I think it is on Victrons site something is wrong.

Is rhe date and time correct on the GX? That can also cause SSL/TLS certificate issues.

The VRM is working fine for me.

Other option is to switch off https to see if that resolves it

It’s one hour behind, can’t seem to get it to change time.

Got the time correct now, but still problems.
May be I just factory default it, and see it dos the thing.
