I have Solar Panels, batteries, quattro’s all in 3-phase.
On periods of minimal sun, I want to be able to charge the batteries with the generator. The generator runs and should be feeding power to the system but immediately shuts down.
3-phase generator, manual switch to grid meter is off.
Do the Quatro’s connect to the generator ,then it shuts down? Is the Gen connected to ACin2?
There may be an IP protection log in the quatro’s, accessible with VE configure & Mk3 interface that will give the reason for non-connection or disconnection from the gen.
Basic Tests:
Voltage and frequency are in range measured at the Quatro’s terminals.
more complex - ensure that the phase rotation of the generator is the same as the incoming supply and the Quatro’s.
