The system was installed in 2019 all working good. Recently had issues with inverter we replaced inverter with brand new inverter same size same tipe. Since we replaced with new 15kwa quattro the ccgx start to continuously reboot also on the ess once you turn to grid power it feeds back to the grid if you select keep batteries charged and its feeding between 1kw to 6kw to the grid we tried settings ect. It does have grid meter in its selected not to export power ect. If selected on optimized with battery life its working fine except it doen not want to charge the battries with grid power at all.
Please if you have advise on this.

The CCGX rebooting can indicate that its CPU is overloaded. This combined with the grid issues leads to me to think it might be something to do with the energy meter.
My suggested troubleshooting to isolate the issue and confirm my suspicion would be to disconnect the USB cable the connects the CCGX to the energy meter, and then set the ESS grid mode to “Inverter/Charger”, from it’s presumably set “Energy Meter” mode.
Then see if the CCGX stops rebooting. If it does we can say that is the cause of the issue, and then look at other troubleshooting to hopefully solve it.
Physically disconnecting the energy meter is important, it’s not enough to just set the software setting. And similarly if you just physically disconnect the USB cable without changing the setting you will also have problems with the ESS going into pass thru mode.
If you are willing to pay some money for a quick resolution, I would suggest getting a Cerbo or Ekrano GX to replace the CCGX. The Cerbo GX has twice the CPU power, and the Ekrano 4X as much, and that would be the quickest fix.
