Hi everyone! I got confused, obviosly the Orion Smart - Tr 12|24-15 is intended to work the other way around: Charging a powerbank when the engine is running.
My setting is the other way: I want to charge the starter batteries of my truck, because they supply some load that I frequently use. So, while I am camping, the starter batteries drain. I want to keep them replenished and load them from my powerbank, which is isolated to the starter battery and supplied via PV.
Starter Batteries are AGM (outport), Powerbank is 12,8V LiFePO (in ports).
Please help me to find the right settings and how to deal with the engine-detection (which normally acivates, when engine runs – can I use it my way to charge the starter batteries when the engine is off without overcharging/damaging them? How would I do it?

The Orion chargers are not limited to charging from an engine battery to a domestic battery, they are often used in the reverse direction.
You will need to set the absorption and float voltages to match your engine battery type, probably something like 14.5V and 13.7V, but check your battery.
The engine shutdown detection depends on when you want the Orion to work.
Either
- Only when the powerbank is charging from solar. Engine shutdown detection on, user defined alternator, start voltage 13.6V, delayed start voltage 13.5V, delay time 120S, shutdown voltage 13.3V.
Or
- Always from the powerbank as long as it retains a safe reserve of charge. Engine shutdown detection on, user defined alternator, start voltage 13.0V, delayed start voltage 12.9V, delay time 120S, shutdown voltage 12.8V (this is about 20% SOC, increase this voltage to increase your reserve, the other voltages will also increase).
