my Magnum 2012 inverter died, looking to change over to Victron MultiPlus unit. I would like to see if anyone has Swapped just the inverter. and would it work with the rest of the components in RV auto throw switch so forth, or would I have to change all components over to victron. I just need basic power when I am not running Genset or plugged in to 50amp. Have yet to find a dealer that will answer my question without wanting to charge me money for consultation.
where is the problem i have look the magnum is only an inverter and charger.
but more informations are good did the battery have an useable BMS ? when not best is to build a sytem like this

Maybe share a picture of your set up. Blind internet advice is not the best.
Are you going size for size swap (2000Va?). From the last swap i did in a home from magna to victron i had to change all the DC cables and fuses they were undersized for the victron.
