Cerbo went “dead” this morning

While having coffee this morning, we got an alert that VRM stopped logging. Upon some investigation, all lights were off, no Bluetooth, but still had power to the plug.

I unplugged power for 10 mins or so, with no change. We weren’t changing anything on the DC system, no engine starts etc., not even charging from solar yet since it was so rainy…

I’ve opened a ticket thru the victron site, but curious if anyone has a suggestion in the mean time.

Which plug? The best place to measure power would be the Cerbo terminals but I don’t know if that’s even possible. Are you sure that the power cable inline fuse is still fine?

I unplugged the connection at the Cerbo and tested it.

Turns out the ground was loose at the fuse box so it was intermittent.
