Cerbo GX won't connect to starlink

Hi,

My cerbo GX won’t connect to starlink. The starlink has a split SSID with one dedicated to 2GHz. The devices stays ‘cannot connect retry’ or something like that. I haven’t tried particularly hard to make it work thus far but wondered if this is a known issue or what I should do to troubleshoot.

Best to create a dedicated wifi network on the 2.4Ghz band.

I think I have done that by selecting split

I still cannot connect to Starlink. I have split the WiFi so as there is a dedicated 2GHz. Other devices connect okay. What should I try next? The WiFi is visible in the app and it doesn’t get to the stage of asking for the password.
