Cerbo GX VE.CAN connection to MPPT

Hi All, We have 2 mppt rs 450/100 that I am trying to connect to the Cerbo GX VE.CAN ports. I have a Cat5E cable going from one of the MPPT to the other then to the Cerbo, But it does not seem that the Cerbo is seeing it.

I have tried using different cables but no data is being received or sent. Any help would be appreciated.

Is the Port set to VE.Can 250kbit/s?
Do plugged in the terminators in both ends?
