Cerbo gx SOC at 93% but Voltage LIFEPO4 at 10V

Hi, why my cerbo-gx indicates 93% SOC with the battery (LIFEPO4) voltage at 10V and the integrated BMS cuts?

What Am I doing wrong?

Because the charged voltage on your SmartShunt is set incorrectly at 12.8V. This means your SmartShunt can synchronise to 100% before your battery is full. You need to set it 0.1-0.2V below your absorption voltage. This is described in the manual and in the FAQ linked below.
