Cerbo GX is not seeing MPPT or BMV712 after install - VE direct cables installed

All firmware is up-to-date and the settings are as shipped with the Cerbo GX. The VRM installation does not see the MPPT or BMV712? They are both linked via Victron VE direct cables. VE Smart is still set up to link all the items on my install. All are working separately okay. Can see all items locally on bluetooth.

You cant use bleutooth and ve direct at the same time, turn of the smart network and try again
