I have a mixed 24v and 12v marine install. I want to use the Cerbo GX to monitor/control all the 24v side (solar controllers, quattro, smart shunt, etc.)
Does it matter if the Cerbo GX is powered by 12v or 24v in this case?
I use a Cerbo to run my 24V MP2 inverter, energy battery, and solar, with Smart Shunts on the 12V side as load monitors. It’s powered from 12V with no issues. The Cerbo doesn’t display voltage information on the 12V shunts unless you dig for it. Hopefully that might change one day.
