Cerbo GX constantly rebooting

I have a 2024 Entegra Launch with a turnkey solar setup. The Victron system started constantly rebooting about every 3 minutes. I admit I know nothing about this system, and, apparently, neither does my dealer. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or suggestions about where I could tell them to look for problems.

The issue doesn’t seem to affect the system. I still have power and it still charges the batteries.

It would be nice if I could narrow the focus of our search for the culprit, so any help from you folks would be great. Please feel free to ask me any questions.

Do you have a connection to the VRM portal and if so, how is the data connection to the network at the moment?

If the GX has no connection to the VRM, it may restart constantly

You can change this setting to disable the automatic restart onthe GX device in Settings/VRM/Reboot Device … ON / OFF

I can get to the VRM portal web site, but when I enter my portal number, it says that the GX device is not connected to the internet. When the screen is on, I can go into Settings and it says it’s on line. I just checked and it’s reporting a "#153 connection erro"r:

Then deactivate the restart of the GX if the connection to the VRM fails …

This change is made on the Cerbo directly, rather than on VRM…
