Cerbo GX cannot see my victron shunt auxilary port (12volt engine battery

Can anyone explain or help why. I can see the Veh-Battery showing voltage when I login to the online. When I login to my Cerbo GX and edit my brief page level 1 and select Veh-Battery save then go to main screen it displays Veh-Battery -% Image below:

the shunt can only display the voltage of the Starter battery.

Yes and I can see that when I go to the website, but it will not display it on the CerboGX screen and I cannot understand why.
