I recently updated my Cerbo GX firmware to version v3.70~37. My analog inputs for my temperature sensors stopped working. I looked under I/O and I only see Digital Inputs.
Any ideas why?
Thanks,
Fred

First you should try to go back to the last stable firmware 3.66.
How do you change the firmware to a specific version? Thanks.
The previous version should be saved on the GX device.
Or you switch the update feed back to normal, that should also give you the 3.66.
Ok, thank you for the feedback.
Is it ok for you if one of the Victron team will connect to you system to do some testing?
If yes please activate the remote support in the settings of the GX device and post a picture of the IP address shown in that menu.
Hello Matthias. Did someone from the Victron team get a chance to check out my Cerbo GX?
Thanks.
There seems to be an issue but I don’t know exactly what it is.
I come back to you if I have more information.
But my guess is that you will need to replace the Cerbo (should be warranty).
Sounds good. Thanks Matthias.
Hi, can you try to power cycle the Cerbo (remove the power connector for a minute)?
This could fix it but it might be only temporary.
You should contact your seller/installer/distributor.

Hi Matthias. I am away for the next 2 weeks. I will try it when I get back. Thanks!
Hi Matthias. I tried disconnecting the power for 1 minute. Now, the Cerbo GX won’t even power up. Completely dead with no lights. Time for a replacement. Thanks Fred.
BTW…I did check the power going into the Cerbo GX with a volt meter and it was reading 26.5 VDC.
Hi Matthias. I am getting a new Cerbo GX from warranty, What’s strange is it started communicating a couple days ago. Not sure how it powered up though…Very strange. I can also see the analog inputs again!
