Cerbo GX temperature analog inputs not responding below 15 Deg C

I connected sensors PN ASS000001000 to Cerbo GX.
I did a test from 40 to 5 Deg. C.
Sensor voltage and temperature in Cerbo stopped at 14 Deg. C and 2,87 V.
No change when temperature is below 14 Deg C.
Sensor is OK, voltage value on sensor at 5 Deg. C is 2,78 V.
Temporary solution: Diode in series with sensor and negative offset.
