Can't switch to dynamic prices on DESS

When I try to switch to dynamic buy prices on DESS from fixed prices, nothing happens:

but in the sell section, it works ok (asks me for the Country)

What can I do?, I haved tried on v3.64 and 3.7-26 firmware versions

If I refresh the web page, a red message appears at the top that quickly disappears. If I record a video, I can see the message: dashboard.prices _unavailable:

This messages does not appear when I hit refresh on the sell prices section.
