BUG: Non-functional dynamic ess price chart in VRM Dashboard

Hi everyone,
for lately commissioned systems we have encountered, that this bug is popping up - we set up dynamic ess (latest firmware across the system) and price chart visualization is not initialized. It is not an isolated problem, because we are seeing this on multiple sites.

Please see the screenshot, it is self-describing. On our side we have tested toggling dynamic ess ON/OFF, changing Dynamic ESS parameters and clearing cache and cookies in browser. We have even tested different browsers without luck.

@JanDvorak @Lpopescu @mpvader For your information this issue can be reproduced in such a way, that initial Dynamic ESS is set up with FIXED BUY prices. Than this issue occurs.

There is a hot-fix solution, turn on DYNAMIC BUY prices first, wait until price curves appear (5 minutes) and then revert configuration to FIXED BUY prices.

This should be fixed, it is confusing from user perspective. Thank you
