Hi everyone,
for lately commissioned systems we have encountered, that this bug is popping up - we set up dynamic ess (latest firmware across the system) and price chart visualization is not initialized. It is not an isolated problem, because we are seeing this on multiple sites.
Please see the screenshot, it is self-describing. On our side we have tested toggling dynamic ess ON/OFF, changing Dynamic ESS parameters and clearing cache and cookies in browser. We have even tested different browsers without luck.
@JanDvorak@Lpopescu@mpvader For your information this issue can be reproduced in such a way, that initial Dynamic ESS is set up with FIXED BUY prices. Than this issue occurs.
There is a hot-fix solution, turn on DYNAMIC BUY prices first, wait until price curves appear (5 minutes) and then revert configuration to FIXED BUY prices.

This issue is caused by an address not matching an ENTSO-E zone ID (probably). This issue is simply fixed by changing or re-saving the site location address in VRM settings. I think users ought to have a transparent way of seeing why the chart is not loading or whats the issue in the background with their DESS setup.
Some sort of notice should be available in the chart and also some sort of validation should be implemented for DESS initial set-up process.
Just a tip, because this problem is the one without having relevant answers from anyone on the Victron side. Thanks fo considering this.
