DESS shows status "inactive" even though I have turned it on?

Note I haven’t been able to get DESS to work at all for me yet.

I first noticed that it was not showing any pricing information (Octopus energy), so then I put in some manual prices. But, they do not show up either. In the VRM UI the DESS status is turned on (in both places). If I look in the Remote Console UI it shows the DESS status as “inactive”.

Update - I turned off selling back to the grid as this hasn’t been enabled in my Octopus account yet. That seems to have fixed the issues, DESS status is now showing as “auto”.
