I’m trying to fix my cerbo rebooting problem that I talked about here. I would like to move the current ve bus that includes my bms, alternator and charger from ve 1 to ve 2 and use ve 1 for my NMEA 2000 bus. Is there anything I need to do other than switch cables (and terminator)? Do I need to reprogram anything?
There is only one VE.Bus (with two ports), you can’t use that.
Your Cerbo has two VE.Can (with two ports each), you can try to switch them.
You might need to set the communication speed/protocol in the settings.
Please also try the 3.60 beta first, it addresses a number of CAN related issues on that GX. It is quite stable now and due for production release soon.
