Can I connect a Multiplus II in my car to the shore power inlet to another Multiplus in my caravan?

Can a Multiplus II feed another Multiplus II (or other Victron inverter) via shore power inlet from a 4x4 going to caravan? My Main concern is will the RCDs work as they are intended if a fault were to occur? If it makes a difference I’m in Australia.

to an extent, this depends on the relative power rating of the 2 devices.
Plugging a multiplus into an RCD protected socket may trip the RCD during change over from invert to charging.
try it and see.
