bydpremium lv battery alarm internal failure
I wonder if this problem is known, we work with a multiplus 2 48v 5000 and 2 byd lvs batteries in an offgrid situation. The system has been running without any problems for 3 years. If the batteries are 100 percent charged, now on this moment 20% it will give this alarm code. The firmware is generally on the latest version, the communication cables have also been checked and replaced to be sure. Eft systems has received the logging and has sent a new BDU. The workaround is that we turn off the solar panels when the batteries are at 95 percent,now 20%.
