I am in throuble with a battery pack managed by KYHT bms. On the net no information founded. I need to fix or replace it.
No rs485 comunication and no soc leds.

What are you planning to fix?
Just chuck that chinese rubbish in the trash and buy a new one, whatever you fancy.
if the battery itself is ok, I would suggest buying a 3rd party BMS and using that instead.
