Hi, I appear to have an older MPPT with no bluetooth and wanting to update the firmware with the latest to connect to CerboGX. I ran into an issue connecting to the device with the VE.Direct cable (USB). Although the logs detected the device, it was not able to communicate normally. Any suggestions to overcome this issue?
