Good afternoon team, we have had a customer with two BlueSolar MPPT’s both stopped charging on the same day, investigation showed that the “Enable Charge” switch for both controllers was in the off position, from the history tab we could see this occurred to both units on the same day.
Of particular interest, this customer does not have the means to turn the switch off, there is no dongle attached to the controllers, the customer does not have a BT dongle.
The panels test as normal and with charging re-enabled both controllers are back to working without issue, at the time of writing, 5 days post testing and re-enabling.
Has anyone else experienced this, any thoughts greatly appreciated.
I should have included that this is a very simple system, no GX device and nothing connected to the VE.Direct port on either controller.
Very perplexing given both controllers disabled on the same day.
