Bad control characteristic in ESS-Mode and major grid feed in despite "Grid feed-in" is off

Hello,
I have been running an robust off-grid system for long time without any issues.
Now I want to connect the system to the grid and run it as an ESS-system.
Remarkably, it shows an extreme control characteristic after connecting AC-In to the grid.

After switching-on an additional load of about 1.5 kW all the power comes from the grid and it takes more than three minutes to stabilize the consumption from the grid at a value of less than 100W.
After switching off the load, the consumption from the grid is about -1.5 kW now (despite “Grid feed-in” is off) and it takes again several minutes to reduce.
After cut-off AC-In from the grid, the system is running perfectly again.

Any ideas what could be wrong here?
Many thanks for your comments on my first post in this forum.

System set-up:

Gateway: Cerbo GX
Inverter: 1x Multiplus-II 48/5000
Battery: 3x Pylontech 3000 (SOC 83%)
Solar Charger: Third party MPPT (off during the test at night)
Battery Monitor: Pylontech BMS
Energy Meter: VM-3P75CT (effect is the same if I switch to the internal meter)
Firmware: latest version from today.
Load: all loads are connected to AC-Out1 (the effect is similar if the loads are connected completely on the grid (behind the meter)

Problem seems to be solved:
