A few questions on planned install

Would appreciate eyes over this system design for my 1st solar system that will be going into a cargo trailer conversion to be used as a merch trailer.

Key system components:

  • Ruixu 48V 16KWH vertical battery
  • 8 - Callsun 200W panels - connected in two strings of 4
  • 2 - Victron MPPT 135/50
  • Victron MultiPlus-II 48V / 3KVA / 120V inverter
  • Victron Lynx Shunt / Lynx Distributor
  • Victron Orion 48/12 30A DC/DC & 48/24 16A DC/DC chargers
  • distribution panels for 120VAC, 24 VDC and 12 VDC circuits
  • Victron Cerbo GX

Areas where I could use some confirmation / feedback:

  • fusing/breaker/switch between Battery and Lynx Shunt - Ruixu as a “switch” on the battery - should I add another close to Lynx Shunt input side? Is a breaker or a Class T fuse better here - and where (physically) - distance from battery to the Lynx should be under 6’ total run

  • optimal connection to Lynx Distributor - currently show this as using the end connection point to a Mega fuse holder and then on to the inverter - using the 4 internal slots for the 2 MPPTs and DC/DC converters - but this also means using 6 ga wire and 40A Mega fuses which is larger than really needed on these…
    Options
    — one feed, sized accordingly - from Distributor to both MPPTs (so they share fuse), and same with distributor
    — one feed from Distributor to a bus bar, and then individual fuses or breakers to each of the MPPTs and DC/DCs

  • what’s a good, compact form factor breaker for the shore power input - planning only connecting to a 30A outlet on side of trailer

  • planning a 4 pole disconnect on the Solar input side - should I have in-line fuses (on roof or inside??) or some type of fuse/breaker on this side of the MPPT?

  • any other feedback is welcome!

trying to nail down my list so I can get an order in this weekend taking advantage of some of the Black Friday sales
