I have a 3600W Victron Isolation Transformer on my boat.
It’s set up to charge a starter battery and a house bank.
Input was initially set at 115V (Boat was in US) with 120V output but was changed to 230V with 115V output in Australia.
Initially everything worked but I now find there is no battery charging and no power to the power points.
Any suggestions?
This is difficult to diagnose remotely. Do you have circuit breakers on input and output.
You say it was swapped over, so I assume it is not the auto voltage version. In this case, wires inside the unit are moved to different connections. One of these may not have been fully pushed onto the connection and fallen off. See Section 3.3 and 3.4 in the manual to show the wiring for different voltages.
Before checking disconnect shorepower and turn off inverters so there is no ac on the boat.
Also, has it overheated and shut down, if so it should reset when cool.
