3 MultiPlus II separate on-grid inverters sharing the same battery

Hi, I have 3 separate apartments (each has separate single phase grid connection). My idea is to have 5kW MultiPlus II for each apartment, and those 3 inverters would share shared PylonTech battery bank and 10kW of solar panels. Is this possible? How system manages how much power each inverter takes from solar panles/battery or sends to grid?

Regards!

Why not have 3 multiplus in paralell or 3 phase in a central location with the Solar and Battery and have 3 junction boxes with some Smart Meters so you know what each appartment is using. This makes it a lot more easy to setup.

You need to explain your plan better. From what I guess you are aiming for a AC parallel tied 3 phase ESS. in that case you can use the “individual phase” mode in the ESS settings. This feature will make every phase control the grid meter current to zero watt individually. I think that is what you want. The ESS software in the GX device will take care of the ZERO watt aim for each apartment individually by charging/discharging the shared battery with the headrooms that are available in every aspect.

Each apartment has separate connection to grid, imagine it like 3 separate houses…

You can imagine it like 3 houses, each house has its own single phase connection to grid and pay its own electrical bill. Can those “houses” share PV system and battery?

I forgot to mention that each apartment has permission from the grid operator to export up to 3,6kW…
